Tupelo Buffalo Farm and Zoo

So, when you find yourself in Tupelo and you don't know what to do... I mean, after you've visited the birthplace of Elvis, which is, after all, only two rooms of fun.  It doesn't take long....I'll tell you what you do.  You head on over to the Tupelo Buffalo Farm and Zoo.  Best little local zoo I've ever been to.  Buffalo are so majestic, AND they have one of only 2 captive white buffalo in the US!  By white buffalo, I'm not talking about albino buffalo..that's different.  A white buffalo is a very light color buffalo.  The one we saw had to be moved away from the rest of the heard because they pick on him for being different.  He has one female companion.  She likes his differences.  Smart girl.  They have other animals there, too.  Zebras, camels, giraffes, monkeys, lemurs, birds, farm animals.  There is a trolley ride you can take out into the pasture to see and feed the buffalo.  There is also a monster bus ride and a trail ride on horseback as well.  Really, you can't go wrong here.  Very enjoyable day.
