I forgot to say that we explored the Niagara Wine Trail in NY. We visited 4 wineries and bought some really unique wines, made with the Niagara and Catawba grapes. The grape vines in the area were extensive, and there are many wineries to be visited there. If your ever in the Niagara region of NY and you have a penchant for wine... enjoy the drive through the countryside there and sample some interesting wines. Our favorite winery was Honeymoon Trail. They make a nice variety of light, bright, sweet, fruity wines. We also enjoyed the very crisp, fruity, minty Catawba wine from Freedom Run winery. It's excellent.
